Sales Executive – ELV System Integrator
Job Description
IT Management Company is looking for a Sales Executive to join their team. The position is based in Dubai.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and promoting the company’s ELV (Extra Low Voltage) solutions to contractors, consultants, and end-users. The role requires strong technical understanding of ELV systems, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage full-cycle project sales.
- Strong understanding of ELV system design and integration.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and build a strong pipeline.
- Skilled in preparing quotes, technical submissions, and tender documentation.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, pipeline tracking, and forecasting.
- Good market knowledge of ELV vendors, pricing, and competitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and qualify new ELV project, AMC opportunities.
- Build relationships with consultants, contractors, PMCs, and end-users.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable ELV solutions.
- Proposal, Estimation & Tendering
- Review drawings, project specs, and BOQs.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and compliance sheets.
- Coordinate with engineering teams for design and BOQs. – Submit tenders and follow through until award.
- Project Acquisition & Negotiation
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and clarifications with clients.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contract conditions.
- Finalize submissions and secure project awards.
- Account Management
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle after-sales coordination.
- Achieve repeat business and grow key accounts.
- Market Awareness & Intelligence
- Track market trends, ongoing projects, and competitor activities.
- Maintain competitive pricing intelligence.
- Support management with input for refining sales strategy.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain weekly sales activity reports and pipeline forecasts.
- Provide monthly performance reviews.
- Ensure accurate documentation in line with company processes.
Experience
- 2–5 years of ELV or low-current systems sales experience in the UAE/GCC market.
- Successful track record selling CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, AV Systems, Intercom, SMATV/IPTV, Turnstiles, Gate Barriers, PA/BGM systems.
- Experience with contractors, consultants, MEP firms, and end-users.
- Proven ability in lead generation, tendering, negotiation, and closing ELV projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering or Business Administration.
- Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems, brands, and integration standards.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, specs, and schematics.
- Knowledge of authority approval requirements (e.g., MCC, SIRA) is an advantage.
- UAE driving license preferred.
- Advantageous certifications: CCTV/Access Control vendor trainings, ELV certifications, sales training.
