Sales Associates required for a leading Retail Organization with multiple stores and brands across UAE.

The position should be responsible in assisting customers, maintaining store appearance, and achieving sales goals. The role is customer facing and should deal with positive attitude to drive sales.

Arabic, Chinese and Russian language speakers are required for the role.

Role Profile:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide styling advice and product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Handle customer inquiries, answer customer queries, product knowledge and give feedback in a positive manner.
• Any complaints to be managed in an appropriate manner and if required inform the concerned to check the details.
• Drive sales through product knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Inform customers about promotions, loyalty programs, and store policies.
• Any returns from customers to taken with a positive manner and explain the details whatever necessary.
• Ensure merchandise is organized and well-presented.
• Advice customers regarding the mobile applications and assist if required.
• Replenish stock on the sales floor and monitor inventory levels.
• Assist with visual merchandising and window displays to align with brand guidelines.
• Participate in stock counts and inventory audits as necessary
• Helps unpack and tag new arrivals of the materials; assist and organize backroom storage if needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals.
• Follow store policies to prevent theft and reduce shrinkage.

Knowledge of Luxury Retail Products.

Retail experience in Clothing, Footwears or Cosmetics stores with 1- 2 years is mandatory.
