The Company is a leading distributor of IT hardware and networking solutions, catering to resellers and enterprise clients. The portfolio includes top-tier products such as servers, storage systems, networking equipment, and computing peripherals.

Job Purpose:

To identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth by promoting and selling IT hardware and networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets such as system integrators, resellers, and enterprise clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Grow sales pipeline by promoting ICT products including servers, switches, routers, firewalls, storage systems, and communication devices.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain the relationships with existing clients and channel partners.                             
  • Regularly follow up with clients for repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation:
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Present product portfolios, solutions and pricing proposals to potential clients.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Product & Market Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on new product launches, OEM offerings, and technical specifications.
  • Understand competitor offerings and positioning in the IT hardware and networking domain.
  • Coordination & Reporting:
  • Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, technical support) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Preferences:
    • Arabic Language speaker is preferred for the role.
    • 2–5 years of ICT distributor experience.
    • Experience working with similar industry.
    • Strong B2B Sales experience.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation tools.
  • Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT (Hardware) or a related field.
    • 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
