Business Development Executive
Company Overview
The Company is a leading distributor of IT hardware and networking solutions, catering to resellers and enterprise clients. The portfolio includes top-tier products such as servers, storage systems, networking equipment, and computing peripherals.
Job Purpose:
To identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth by promoting and selling IT hardware and networking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets such as system integrators, resellers, and enterprise clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Grow sales pipeline by promoting ICT products including servers, switches, routers, firewalls, storage systems, and communication devices.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain the relationships with existing clients and channel partners.
- Regularly follow up with clients for repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Present product portfolios, solutions and pricing proposals to potential clients.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Product & Market Knowledge:
- Stay updated on new product launches, OEM offerings, and technical specifications.
- Understand competitor offerings and positioning in the IT hardware and networking domain.
- Coordination & Reporting:
- Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, technical support) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Preferences:
- Arabic Language speaker is preferred for the role.
- 2–5 years of ICT distributor experience.
- Experience working with similar industry.
- Strong B2B Sales experience.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation tools.
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT (Hardware) or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
